EVOLVEVIL LLC builds Lov Hub for adults who download it from Google Play on Android. This file tells you what personal information and personal data we handle, why we handle it, and how you can exercise privacy choices.

The obligations below apply solely to the Android binary we distribute through Google Play, including calling, messaging, media uploads, safety tooling, account administration, diagnostics, and purchase workflows. Features we do not ship in that build are outside the scope of this document.
When we say we “process” data, we mean collect, store, use, disclose, or otherwise handle it. Each category mirrors our Data safety filing.

These relationships support third parties assisting us; they do not imply we treat personal information as inventory for unrelated monetization. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
California law—including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)—requires transparency about whether information is shared or sold. “Share” / “sharing” may cover disclosures that enable cross-context behavioral advertising, and statutes also supply a specific definition under California law. California residents may exercise privacy rights—including the right to know whether we share personal information—by emailing sherylortiz1971@gmail.com. We strive to acknowledge qualifying requests inside 15 business days where that deadline applies.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) may grant Virginia consumers additional controls.
Additional device-level controls: Settings > Google > Ads lets you opt out of Ads Personalization (labels vary) or reset your advertising ID on many Android builds. These steps affect certain ad ecosystems but not core Google Play commerce flows.
We align runtime prompts with Data safety.
Location: We do not collect precise location or operate background location tracking for Lov Hub in this revision. Future releases would update both this Privacy Policy and Data safety before enabling such features.
Retention follows necessity: service delivery, fraud defense, abuse investigations, regulatory duties, and Google Play expectations. When retention limits expire, we delete or de-identify information consistent with those constraints.
Account deletion: initiate via Settings > Account > Delete account or sherylortiz1971@gmail.com. Account deletion might not remove every purchase artifact stored by Google.
We do not target children; the service remains 18+ only.
Our program blends access governance, secure transmission practices where relevant, monitoring, and vendor diligence. Please protect your credentials—risk remains if a device is compromised.
You may have rights to access, delete, port, or restrict processing depending on jurisdiction. Separately, you may request correction or rectification when personal information or personal data is inaccurate or incomplete—send specifics to sherylortiz1971@gmail.com so we can validate and amend records when appropriate.
California residents: combine CCPA/CPRA rights requests with the same inbox. Remember the cross-context behavioral advertising discussion and specific definition under California law when evaluating sharing. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
Virginia: rely on the VCDPA opt out instructions above for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling.

Legal bases (summary): Performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and, when used, consent that you may withdraw.
Information may move between the country where you use Android and jurisdictions where engineers or Google infrastructure reside. Where GDPR-style transfer standards apply, we implement instruments such as standard contractual clauses.
Account creation is supported. You may delete your account through Settings > Account > Delete account or by emailing sherylortiz1971@gmail.com sherylortiz1971@gmail.com. Some Google-side transaction metadata can survive that process.
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
